Wedding photography

welcome

Philip is a recognised photographer specialising in natural, relaxed and informal wedding photography. He also has wide photographic experience in portraiture, film stills and performing arts productions.

Philip's informal and relaxed approach ensures that your natural style shines through and that you really enjoy your wedding day. Philip believes in building a close relationship with you, his client, so that he understands what is important to you and so that you know what to expect before, during and after your wedding. He provides you with a personal service so that the photographic experience of your wedding is a pleasure from start to finish. Whilst his approach is a more natural, reportage style, he always captures those "must-have" classic family photographs that are of special importance to you.

Philip believes in allowing his pictures to tell the story of your wedding day as it unfolds, with his imaginative photographic images capturing all of the romance and happiness of your day. His beautiful photograph albums enhance the most special elements of your wedding, capturing many wonderful moments to live with you forever. It is impossible for any couple to see everything that happens on their wedding day but Philip's sensitive approach during informal moments will provide you with delightful images of your family and friends - a lovely surprise when you return from honeymoon. As an additional benefit, children love "Mr Philip's" sense of humour and spontaneous approach which, in turn, help him to capture their individual characters and sense of fun in his superb photographs.

Philip's recent weddings have taken place at West Wycombe Park near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire (a much-used venue for television and film productions), Sopwell House and St Michael's Manor in St Albans, Hertfordshire, as well as The Barns Hotel in Bedford and Fawsley Hall in Northamptonshire.

Philip offers a range of beautiful wedding albums and products as well as fabulous storybook options from the Italian designers, GraphiStudio.

His wedding photography is periodically featured in bridal magazines, the most recent being that of Clare and Gary who were married at Sopwell House in St Albans, which will appear in the Spring 2009 issue of "The Wedding Planner".

Philip's wedding photography commissions come mainly from clients in the Home Counties (Herts, Beds, Bucks and Berks) as well as London, but he is often asked to travel further afield, to Northants, Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire to name but a few. He is well placed to cover weddings across the UK, being located close to good transport links in the area bordered by Bedford, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Aylesbury, Oxford, Reading, London, Watford and St Albans.
